Debbie Levine, CFRE • Executive Director
Debbie has served as the Executive Director since 2016, overseeing operations to ensure that our police officers are equipped with the resources necessary to maintain safety in Boca Raton. Under her leadership, the organization has experienced remarkable growth, expanding tenfold. Debbie earned her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation in 2007 and is a recognized expert in the field of fundraising. Her expertise has earned her the title of Outstanding Fundraising Professional from the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Fort Lauderdale/Broward Chapter. Additionally, Debbie has dedicated the past decade to serving on the executive boards of both her local AFP chapter and the AFP Florida Caucus.
Alan J. Rose, Co-Chair
Alan has built a number of successful businesses over his career, the most notable of which are Rose Paving and Rose Pallets. In 2015 he moved to south Florida where he could enjoy semi-retirement and created the Alan J. Rose Foundation with a sole purpose of generating awareness and raising funds for various causes in the Chicagoland and South Florida areas. Alan has served on the Boca Raton Police Foundation Board since 2022 and its Executive Board since 2024. He is currently a real estate investor and philanthropist devoting his time to local causes.
Nicole Flier, Co-Chair
Nicole is Vice President of Business Development at Miller Construction Company. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California. Nicole has served on the Boca Raton Police Foundation Board since 2019, its Executive Board since 2021 and chairs the True Blue Society. She has volunteered with the Boca Raton Regional Hospital’s Go Pink Luncheon since 2008 and was the GO Pink Challenge Chairwoman from 2022 – 2024. She has been nominated for Junior League of Boca Raton Woman Volunteer of the Year four times, and was the BRPF nominee in 2023 and 2024.
