With over 15 years of experience in the precious metals industry, Cole is the President of Cole Metals Group, LLC, a boutique company that specializes in helping investors diversify their portfolios with gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. Cole has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Southern California. His mission is to educate and empower investors with the benefits and opportunities of investing in precious metals, and to provide them with personalized and professional solutions. He is passionate about the precious metals market, and always strives to stay updated on the latest trends and developments. Cole grew up surrounded by law enforcement. His father served as a police officer for 20 years in two different states.

Catherine “Cathy” Klein is the Senior Director of Global Strategy and Transformation at Sensormatic Solutions; the global retail solutions portfolio of Johnson Controls which powers safe, secure and seamless retail experiences through its ecosystem of loss prevention, inventory intelligence and traffic insights technologies. With over 20 years of experience driving and leading diverse teams, she has a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. She is recognized for her ability to analyze complex challenges, identify opportunities for growth, and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency. In addition to her professional work, Cathy serves on the advisory board for Field Service Connect and is a board member of Loss Prevention Magazine (LPM). She holds degrees in Economics and International Business from the University of Wisconsin and actively volunteers in her community. Cathy brings a strategic mindset, collaborative spirit, and commitment to making a positive impact through her service as a trustee.
