Alan J. Rose, Chair
Alan has built a number of successful businesses over his career, the most notable of which are Rose Paving and Rose Pallets. In 2015 he moved to south Florida where he could enjoy semi-retirement and created the Alan J. Rose Foundation with a sole purpose of generating awareness and raising funds for various causes in the Chicagoland and South Florida areas. Alan has served on the Boca Raton Police Foundation Board since 2022 and its Executive Board since 2024. He is currently a real estate investor and philanthropist devoting his time to local causes.

Nicole Flier, Chair-Elect
Nicole is Vice President of Business Development at Miller Construction Company. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California. Nicole has served on the Boca Raton Police Foundation Board since 2019, its Executive Board since 2021 and chairs the True Blue Society. She has volunteered with the Boca Raton Regional Hospital’s Go Pink Luncheon since 2008 and was the GO Pink Challenge Chairwoman from 2022 – 2024. She has been nominated for Junior League of Boca Raton Woman Volunteer of the Year four times, and was the BRPF nominee in 2023 and 2024.

Craig Ehrnst, Treasurer
Craig Ehrnst is Treasurer of NCCI Holdings. In this capacity, Craig oversees various investment, risk management and financial operational functions. He previously worked in various financial roles for ExxonMobil and Ryder System in Miami and Houston. Craig has lived in Boca Raton since 2001 with his wife, Julissa and their three children. He has been an active community volunteer as a soccer coach, HOA board president, Junior Achievement board member, and the YMCA board chair. In 2024, Craig was re-elected Commissioner and Treasurer of the Greater Boca Raton Beach & Parks District serving over 125,000 residents to ensure world class beach and parks for the greater community. Craig graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan with degrees in business administration.

Jeff Hollander, Secretary
Jeff Hollander spent the bulk of his career at Hollander Sleep Products, a privately held manufacturer of household textile products marketing to all levels of distribution, where he won numerous industry awards on the way to becoming the largest US supplier of bed pillows, mattress pads and down comforters. Jeff is currently a Private Investor, with significant involvement managing Medigap Life, a multi-State insurance agency specializing in Medicare products that is differentiated though proprietary software platforms. Jeff has been very active in the community and has served on many non-profit boards including education, food insecurity, and healthcare. Jeff attended the Wharton School and he and his wife Darcy have five amazing children.
