Call For Backup 2020

The 3rd Annual Call for Backup Party brought out hundreds to the home of Marc and Jennifer Bell to celebrate our officers and the impact we all collectively have on our community’s safety. The evening raised $60,000 to support the Boca Raton Police Services Department.

Guests enjoyed checking out the Mobile Command Unit, Bomb Truck and Robots as well as a K9 Demo and Motorcycle Unit display. Funds raised will enhance equipment, training and technology to impact officer readiness and enhance our quality of life.  Interim Chief of Police Michele Miuccio was on hand to greet guests along with members of the police command staff. “We are so grateful to the Foundation for their support. This year our partnership is focusing on wellness and resiliency of our officers. This is evidenced by the recent purchase of fitness equipment for the downtown police department gym and a customized wellness mobile app,” she said.
